Intramural Sports Entry Procedure

1. Obtain entry form from web or from IM Sports Office & fill out completely
2. For sports with fees, pay fee at Welcome Desk in the CRWC
3. Turn in entry form and payment receipt (if applicable) to IM Sports Office prior to entry deadline date. The IM Sports Office is only open 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.
4. Attend subsequent participants/managers meeting for further instruction
