Small Group Training


Downsizing through movement is an 8 week program that uses a three pronged approach to helping participants bring their body fat percentage to a healthy range by providing education, activity, and behavior change support. Trainers and dietitians specifically pursue the target behavior by integrating in depth knowledge, consistent exercise, proper nutrition, and healthy behavior into their lives.

Cougar Strength & Conditioning

The purpose of the Cougar Strength & Conditioning program is to enhance the performance of participants from activities of daily living to athletic performance, based on the components of health fitness as well as those of performance fitness.
