This course will prepare you to take the ACE Group Fitness Instructor Examination and will teach you the skills necessary to teach a variety of group fitness formats. Each week, three different concentration groups will meet together to dive into the detail involved in teaching different formats. Personal Training is available for memebers who want to work one-on-one with a trainer for individualized attention to achieve their specific goals. You can also train with a friend and get fit together!
Our fun-filled group fitness classes will help keep you motivated and make you want to come work-out. With 20 different kinds of classes to choose from and over 50 classes a week, you’re sure to find something you like.
