Fitness Field Trips
The Department of Campus Recreation has come up with some exciting new Fitness opportunities! The Outdoor Adventure and Fitness have 1 more Fitness Field Trip this semester.
SUP Yoga and Kayak Trip
Friday, May 1st | 10:00am - 3:00pm
You don't have to stay out of the water just because the pool is closed! Join us for a day of fun on the water and in the sun! Two hours of beach time will include sea kayaking and a stand-up paddle-board (SUP) yoga class. Cost includes all equipment rental and lunch! Registration is at the Outdoor Adventure desk. Come check it out!
