Fitness Field Trips
The Department of Campus Recreation has come up with some exciting new Fitness opportunities! The Outdoor Adventures and Fitness departments have come together to help create 3 new Fitness Field Trips for the Spring semester.
Valentine's Day Bike Trip
Friday, February 13th | 1:00pm - 3:00pm
Celebrate with your soul-mate or your swole-mate! Valentine's Day is a great opportunity to get active with the most important people in your life. Ride from the rec center to Discovery Green and back on this hour long bike trip. Cost includes bike and helmet rental. Participants must be able to ride a bike for this adventure! Registration is at the Outdoor Adventures desk.

Climber's Yoga Retreat
Saturday, February 28th | 6:00am - 9:00pm
In yoga you're taugh to be grounded, now show yourself you can also rise above. Join the fitness and outdoor adventure staff for a fun-filled day of rock climbing and yoga in reimers Ranch. Cost includes all equipment rental, instruction, and lunch. No previous experience with rock climbing or yoga is required. Registration is at the Outdoor Adventures desk.

SUP Yoga and Kayak Trip
Friday, May 1st | 10:00am - 3:00pm
You don't have to stay out of the water just because the pool is closed! Join us for a day of fun on the water and in the sun! Two hours of beach time will include sea kayaking and a stand-up paddle-board (SUP) yoga class. Cost includes all equipment rental and lunch! Registration is at the Outdoor Adventures desk.
