Fitness Field Trips
The Department of Campus Recreation has come up with some exciting new Fitness opportunities! The Outdoor Adventures and Fitness departments have come together to help create some new Fitness Field Trips for the Spring semester.
Climber's Yoga Retreat
Saturday, February 28th | 6:00am - 9:00pm
In yoga you're taugh to be grounded, now show yourself you can also rise above. Join the fitness and outdoor adventure staff for a fun-filled day of rock climbing and yoga in reimers Ranch. Cost includes all equipment rental, instruction, and lunch. No previous experience with rock climbing or yoga is required. Registration is at the Outdoor Adventures desk. Deadline to sign up is Monday, Feb. 23rd.

SUP Yoga and Kayak Trip
Friday, May 1st | 10:00am - 3:00pm
You don't have to stay out of the water just because the pool is closed! Join us for a day of fun on the water and in the sun! Two hours of beach time will include sea kayaking and a stand-up paddle-board (SUP) yoga class. Cost includes all equipment rental and lunch! Registration is at the Outdoor Adventures desk. Deadline to sign up is Monday, April 27th. Come check it out!
