CPR/AED Training
The purpose of the American Red Cross CPR/AED program is to help participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies.

Note: Class may be let out early each day due to advanced course progression or instructor discretion. Minimum enrollment for a class is 5 individuals–if this minimum is not met, you have the option for a full refund or rescheduling for a different course date.
American Red Cross Lifeguard Training
This program includes a lifeguard training course with aquatic-specific First Aid & Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training. The Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR certifications are valid for two years from the last day of the course.
The American Red Cross Lifeguarding program provides individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to keep patrons of aquatic facilities safe in and around water. This training will include the proper use of the Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and how to protect yourself following Preventing Disease Transmission (PDT) procedures.
These are long days; please remember to pack a lunch, bring warm clothes and extra towels.
