Agnes L. DeFranco

As Assistant Vice President for Undergraduate Studies, Agnes L. DeFranco has oversight of the Undergraduate Scholars at UH as well as the Office of Academic Program Management. She has responsibility for the review of undergraduate programs, assessment of the core curriculum, developmental education, and scholarship programs such as the Provost Undergraduate Research Scholarships. She also works with various constituencies on issues of retention and graduation.

Additionally, as a member of the Executive Associate Vice President for Academic and Faculty Affairs' staff, she also has general responsibilities as assigned.
