Learn How to Convert a Scanned File into an Accessible OCR

It is common for instructors to include scanned text and images in their teaching materials. However, scanned files often cannot be read by software used by visually impaired students. This workshop will show the procedure for using Adobe Acrobat Pro to convert a scanned file to an optical character recognition (OCR) file, and check for meeting accessibility standards.
