Assistant Professor - Pharmacy Administration/Health Services Research - Tenure-Track
Description:
The University of Houston, College of Pharmacy invites qualified applicants to apply for a full-time, tenure track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor in Pharmacy Administration/Health Services Research in the Department of Clinical Sciences and Administration. Areas of research interest sought are public health outcomes, pharmacoeconomics or pharmacoepidemiology.
The successful candidate will join an active research, teaching and clinical program at the University of Houston, Texas Medical Center campus. Candidates will be expected to participate in the graduate program in pharmacy administration and in the newly established Institute of Community Health. The position requires the development of a sustainable independent research program, teaching in the undergraduate and graduate programs, and service commitment to the University.
Candidates should possess an earned doctoral degree and have completed post-doctoral training programs or have equivalent experience in their research field of interest.
Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
