Associate Vice Chancellor, Planning and Administration

As Associate Vice President for University Outreach, Dr. Marshall Schott directs the University of Houston’s distance education, continuing education, and faculty development programs. He also provides strategic direction for the university’s use of educational technology to improve access and enhance student learning.

As Associate Vice Chancellor, Planning and Administration, Dr. Schott directs the efforts of UH System to provide access to high-quality educational programs across the Greater Houston region and beyond. These efforts also include providing planning and strategic direction to UH System off-campus teaching centers.
