Assistant Vice President for Faculty Affairs

The Office of Assistant Vice President, Faculty Affairs is responsible for oversight of faculty hiring processes pursuant to federal, state, external, and university accreditation requirements to facilitate retention of a highly qualified and diverse faculty.

As the Assistant Vice President, Jane Olinger provides guidance to the colleges on appointment processes and hiring documentation aspects, working directly with the deans, chairs, and appropriate administrative personnel.

The Assistant Vice President also has general responsibilities, including review and analysis of relevant academic policies and procedures, as needed.
