Registration

Due to some technical difficulties, we are changing our registration process. All attendees and vendors will complete a registration form which can be scanned or faxed back to Rosa Garcia, our conference financial coordinator. You can select your method of payment - either credit card or check. If you select credit card payment, you will supply your payment information on the registration form and Rosa will process the information for you. If you select payment by check, fax or scan the form to Rosa and mail your check to one of the addresses listed below.

After your registration, you will receive an email – it will be a receipt with an invoice number for your credit card payment or a confirmation number receipt if you selected payment by check.
