The Printing and
Postal Services Department supports
the mission of the university by
providing on-campus centralization of
specialists and equipment to assist the
faculty, staff and students with high
quality printing and mail processes at a
competitive and/or reasonable price. It
is also responsible for the
inter/intra-office distribution of
information among faculty and staff.

USPS BOOKLETS
NEW TABBING REQUIREMENTS
Effective September 8th, 2009, the USPS has implemented new tabbing rules for booklets. The definition of a booklet is a mail piece that consists of bound sheets or pages.

USPS STANDARD MAIL FLATS
NEW ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS
Effective March 29th, 2009, the U.S. Postal Service changed the way Standard Flat mail is processed. Standard Flats such as large envelopes, catalogs and publications fall into this designation. The new rules must be followed In order to continue to receive postal discounts.
