Suite 1 is designed for clinical and research faculty, as well as program and department directors or chairpersons. It's used when there's a need to include additional information like special program funding and research affiliations, for example. This stationery suite provides a left-hand column where information can be accommodated in a professional manner.
Suite 2 is arranged flush left and has many of the same styling cues as Suite 1, but without the left-hand column. Fields for general contact information are placed toward the bottom of the letterhead and there is more space for text in this letter style. The design meets the needs of faculty and staff who compose large volumes of letters for various purposes like admissions, development, business, and general correspondence.
