Substance Abuse
The UH Department of Public Safety enforces state laws and
university policies regarding alcohol and drug use. The
Learning & Assessment Services
Center located in the Wellness Center provides education and
prevention information on drug and alcohol abuse.
The Learning & Assessment Services Center will refer anyone that
requires treatment to Counseling
and Psychological Services located in the Student Service
Center. Counseling and Psychological Services will provide
assessments, counseling and referrals to students, faculty and staff
