Security Alert

SUSPECT:

A known black male, approximately 5’11” in height, 19 years old, approximately 190 pounds.

WEAPONS:  

None

SYNOPSIS:    At approximately 3:00 a.m. on Sunday September 30, 2007 the complainant was at her residence located in the Cullen Oaks Apartment when a known student acquaintance entered her room and sexually assaulted her. The complainant has identified the suspect and has elected to handle this incident administratively instead of criminally.
