SYNOPSIS:    On Tuesday, April 24, 2007 at approximately 9 p.m., the male complainant was placing items in the back seat of his vehicle that was parked in Lot 16B. The suspect approached him from behind and then brandished what is believed to be a weapon demanding car keys and money. The complainant gave the suspect the keys to his vehicle and cash. The suspect left in the complainant’s vehicle driving west on Entrance 16.

At approximately 9:30 p.m. a second complainant entered the gated surface parking lot of Cullen Oaks. This complainant parked and was exiting his vehicle when the suspect approached him displaying a dark semi-automatic handgun. The suspect demanded cash from the complainant then took his cell phone and left the parking lot driving south on Cullen Boulevard. The suspect was driving the first complainant’s stolen vehicle. The vehicle was later recovered, just off of Scott Street near Cleburne Street unoccupied.

It is believed based on the vehicle used in the second incident that the same suspect committed both robberies.
