Request for Ride-Out Credentials

Please follow one of the links below to apply for a Ride-Out Credential for the purposes of on campus emergency management functions during the 2009 calendar year. Credentials will be restriced to those persons that have a vital function to perform during an emergency when the campus or a portion of the campus may be closed to other parties. The validity of an application may be verified prior to credential issuance.

Please note that in order to maintain compliance with the requirements or the National Incident Management System (NIMS), individuals who perform an emergency management operations function will be required to complete appropriate training prior to performing that function. Please review the training requirements for your function prior to applying for ride out credentials. UHDPS maintains a list of personnel who have completed required emergency management training. Please submit copies of training certificates to Lieutenant Bret Collier (bcollier@central.uh.edu) upon receipt.
