Hazard Report
The
University of Houston Department of Public
Safety realizes that not all safety issues
you may encounter are criminal in nature. If
while on campus, you observe a safety
hazard, a light outage or other deficiency,
UHDPS has instituted a convenient method of
reporting the problem to help ensure that it
is corrected in a timely manner.
Deficiencies that are reported via the
Hazard Reporting Form will be reviewed and
forwarded to the proper department to be
addressed or repaired.
