UHDPS
Request for Police Services form (pdf)
The rate charged for
UHDPS personnel working special events is set according to the
annual Service Center Cost Study Report. There is a four hour
minimum, and payment via SC voucher is required prior to the date of
the event in the amount of the anticipated full cost. Additional
costs manpower costs due to event time extensions or emergency
situations related to the event will be payable upon receipt of
invoice from the UHDPS Business Office. Likewise, if fewer hours are
worked that projected, those costs will be reimbursed following the
event.
Requests made less than 14 days prior to the event will
incur a 10% late request fee. The current rates for UHDPS personnel
at special events are as follows:
