Event Support

Work request must be submitted to Customer Service at least (3) days before the event.  Customer Service personnel process work requests within (24) hours and will e-mail customers their work request confirmation number during this time.  It is recommended calling Customer Service (3) days prior to the event to ensure work requests have been assigned.

All event support and labor support is billable.

Note: Student organizations paying by check or cash should deliver payment to Room 123, General Services Bldg.
