Health and Biomedical Sciences Center a Landmark Award Finalist

The Health and Biomedical Sciences Center building has been named a finalist for a Houston Business Journal's 2014 Landmark Award.

The 167,000-square-foot research building on the southeast side of the University of Houston campus is one of three finalists in the medical project category.

The Landmark Awards recognize real estate projects that improve the image of the city of Houston. All award winners will be announced on April 24.

The six-story Health and Biomedical Sciences Center building was publicly unveiled in a dedication ceremony on Feb. 5, 2013.
