Beginning Friday, Jan. 4 at 7:00 a.m. through Tuesday, Jan. 8 at 7:00 p.m., vehicular traffic along the Entrance 4 roadway between the northwest corner of the 1A Parking Garage construction site and the southeast corner of the UH Hilton will be partially disrupted by alternating lane closures as contractors trench across the street one lane at a time to install underground conduit. Flagmen will direct traffic from both directions through one open lane. Steel plate will be placed as temporary trench cover after work hours for two way traffic.

There will also be a sidewalk closure along the south side of the UH Hilton while the contractor excavates and installs conduit to the utility tunnel.  This work along the sidewalk will be ongoing until Sunday, Jan. 13.
