Mission Statement

The primary mission of the Facilities Planning and Construction Department (FP&C) is to enhance, enrich, and enable, in the most appropriate and costs-effective way possible, the physical environment and facilities of all University of Houston components in order to provide a pleasant, safe, and accessible place in support of the system-wide mission of teaching and research, scholarships, service, and leadership.
