The primary goal of the Finance & Operations Department is to serve the
needs of faculty, students and staff by enhancing, maintaining and improving
the physical environment and facilities of the University of Houston. In
this role, the Finance & Operations carries out its mission by providing
professional support for Facilities Management and Facilities Planning and
Construction in the areas of budgeting, cost controls, accounting,
reconciliation and other business services; building records and archives;
Customer Service Center; computing and Information Technology.
