Office of Facilities Information
Facilities Information was formed as a new department in fall 2009 and has been tasked to:
- Provide assistance in the use of technology to support FPC's business goals
- Maintain the central database containing detailed building and room inventory
- Providing space management services
- Be responsible for the storage and retrieval of all of construction documents in the vault and electronic document management system
- Create and maintain all official University campus maps, utility maps, which include communication and fiber optics, electric, natural gas, fuel, chilled water, sewer, steam, water and other mapping considerations
- Facilitate Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board application process for capital project approvals
- Comply with all required facilities reporting
