The Facilities Planning & Construction Department of the University of Houston is responsible for oversight of all facility capital renovations, additions, alterations and new construction for all of the University of Houston system campuses. In achievement of this responsibility, the department offers need development, design, and construction services in accordance with University of Houston Campus Design Guidelines and Standards, and the Campus Facility Master Plans.
