Minor & Planned Projects

Minor and Planned Projects is a unified team within Plant Operations Facilities Management led by Director Jim Norcom. This group is made up of the Minor Projects team, the Minor In House Construction team, and the Planning team. These teams collaborate to plan, manage, and build construction and renovation projects under $4M.

• Water, sanitary, storm, natural gas, fiber optic survey
• Water, sanitary, storm CIP
• Transportation CIP

• Facilities conditions assessment plan
