Zoned Maintenance

Zone Maintenance is a newly formed area under Facilities Operations and Maintenance which services the facilities campus need through two zones, A and B. Zone Maintenance consists of all Level One maintenance and custodial services including: carpentry, plumbing, painting, cleanups, event set up, routine and preventative maintenance and minor repairs. Within each Zone is a team lead by a Facilities Zone Manager who works with key campus customers and Building Coordinators in ensuring facilities services are met and that building and areas are adequately staffed to meet service levels.
