FIXIT ONLINE SERVICE REQUEST FORM

The FIXIT Online Service Request Form handles non-emergency and non-billable items such as:

  • Locks not working properly (doesn’t include lock changes)
  • Landscaping issues
  • Broken/damaged ceiling tiles
  • A/C problems (hot or cold)
  • Recycled goods pick-ups
  • Broken elevators or persons stuck inside
  • Ringing fire alarms
  • No power
  • Fume hoods not working properly
  • Custodial issues (mop ups, spills, trash pick-ups)

Note: For Moving Equipment to Storage request, fill out forms PRP-1A and Work Requests. Send both completed and signed forms to Property Management Department for approval. Customer Service Center will NOT process any moving request form without approval from Property Management. There is no cost associated with moving items to storage.
