UHCOP Honors Graduates for Exemplary Service, Skills and Scholarship; Practitioners for Excellence in Preceptorship

Ahead of the College Convocation and UH Commencement, UH College of Pharmacy honored several graduating students for their exemplary service, skills and scholarship demonstrated during their education and recognized pharmacy practitioners for excellence preceptorship during the 2014-15 academic year.

UHCOP Ambulatory Care Preceptor of the Year Award - Reba Williams, R.Ph., BCOP

UHCOP Community Preceptor Award - Gita Chaudhari, Pharm.D.

UHCOP Faculty Preceptor of the Year Award - Julianna Fernandez, Pharm.D., BCPS, and David Wallace, Pharm.D.

In addition, UHCOP faculty member Matthew Wanat, Pharm.D., BCPS, was honored with the Phi Lambda Sigma Faculty Leadership Award.
