These affiliation agreements provide a variety of clinical experiences for PharmD students and opportunities for research collaborations. It also allows college faculty the ability to share their expertise with the broader community.

The college also depends on the collaboration of preceptors and clinics in the community to educate students. Among the teaching affiliations:

  • The Methodist Hospital
  • Memorial Hermann Healthcare System
  • Kelsey-Seybold Clinics
  • Baylor College of Medicine.
  • Veterans Affairs Medical Center
  • Harris County Hospital District’s Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital & Ben Taub Hospital
  • UT M.D. Anderson Cancer Center
  • St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital

Training occurs in all types of clinical agencies throughout Houston as well as other areas of Texas.

The College of Pharmacy’s Department of Clinical Sciences and Administration maintains a concurrent masters degree program in Pharmacy Administration.
