Our
students participate in a student-centered learning environment.
We provide students with smaller classes in a larger university
community and create a greater opportunity for interaction with
other students, faculty and professionals. In this environment,
students can quickly learn to explain and demonstrate rational
drug utilization to meet the expected outcomes for successfull
pharmaceutical care of their patients. College of Pharmacy students
participate in internships at the Texas Medical Center, at a
large number of practice sites in the surrounding metropolitan
area and at numerous other locations throughout Texas. |
