Change Management/Student Enrollment Service

The Change Management/Student Enrollment Service Team, headed by Dr. Sandy Frieden, is responsible for communication, readiness activities, training and help-desk support for PeopleSoft Student Administration, as well as communication, training, and business process review for Enrollment Services--incuding management of the Welcome Center and Call Center.
