Change Management

The Change Management Team, headed by Dr. Sandy Frieden, is responsible for communication, readiness activities, and training for the PeopleSoft Student Administration implementation.

The team is part of the Division of Academic Affairs.

The Change Management Office (Room 243) and the PeopleSoft Project Team are located at University Business Park, 5000 Gulf Freeway, Building #3 (2nd floor). This location is on the I-45 southbound frontage road, south of the main campus. Southbound exit Cullen Street (or from the university), stay on the I-45 southbound-frontage road to University Business Park and turn in at the yellow curb. Northbound traffic use exit 43B, U-turn using Schlumberger St. then south to the University Business Park entrance with the yellow curb.
