(3) UHV Browser issue

At UH-Victoria only, some Explorer browsers periodically show "page cannot be displayed" on either the left-hand or right-hand side of the screen.  Fix:  use Firefox as browser.

(4)  Windows Explorer Download problem

Identified problem:  IE not opening the file download, even with popup blocker turned off and any other usual popup settings allowed. It’s a security setting that needs to be changed. See problem #1 above, follow steps 1, 2 and 3 [Tools – Internet Options--Security Tab]; then select "Custom Level," scroll down to the Downloads grouping and enable the item marked "Automatic prompting for file downloads."
