Process
Online Appeals
Students
Appeals must be made and
received within 21 calendar days of
citation issuance. Appeals will be heard
by the Student Traffic Court. Appeal
forms may be obtained from Parking and
Transportation Services (Ezekiel W.
Cullen Building, Room 1) or at the
Student Information Center at the
University Center. Decisions of the
Student Traffic Court can only be
further appealed to the Associate Dean
of Students. Details regarding the
appeals procedure are in Student Life
Policies, available from the Office of
the Vice President for Student Affairs
and the Office of the Dean of Students.
Faculty and Staff
Appeals must be made and received within
21 calendar days of citation issuance.
Appeals will be heard by the Faculty and
Staff Traffic Court. Appeal forms may be
obtained at Parking and Transportation
Services (Ezekiel W. Cullen Building,
Room 1).
Visitors
Appeals must be made within 21 calendar
days of citation issuance. Appeal forms
may be obtained from Parking and
Transportation Services (Ezekiel W.
Cullen Building, Room 1). The director
of Parking and Transportation Services
will evaluate and determine the
appropriate assessment based on the
University of Houston policy.
