Students and their families or other guests are encouraged to attend Orientation simultaneously.

Guest Registration

Students attending a 2-day conference must register their guests online when then they sign up for an Orientation conference. If a family member was left off the student's registration, the student may add them by logging back into the Orientation/Courseware portal. The deadline for reservation changes is the Monday before the conference begins at 5:00 p.m. Central time.

Guest Fee

The Guest Fee is $20 per adult guest (18+) and will be added to the student's fee bill. This fee does not include housing, which should be reserved when your student registers online for his/her Orientation conference. There is no fee for children under 18.

Guest Housing

Guests may choose to stay overnight at a residence hall. The housing fee is $15 per person, per night. For more information on housing, see My Visit. Housing must be reserved before the deadline in the Orientation/Courseware portal.

Guest Program

Guests attending a 2-day Orientation have a special itinerary designed especially for families of new students.
