The Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering program prepares students to take on engineering leadership positions in industry, government, and academia. The program also provides the skills necessary to systematically solve real-world problems.

Taught in 'the Energy Capital of the World', this program specifically addresses the needs of students who wish to focus on the engineering applications of the energy industry. Outside of the energy industry, this program encompasses advanced study and research in the areas of applied mechanics, control of dynamical systems, materials science, thermal and fluid sciences, and biomedical engineering.
