UH Graduate School Programs Rank High for Student Satisfaction

The SR Education Group, an online education publisher based in Kirkland, Washington, recently ranked the University of Houston among top graduate programs across the nation on GraduatePrograms.com. Since 2012, GraduatePrograms.com has been collecting reviews of graduate schools and programs around the country. Since its inception, over 50,000 student reviews have been collected and used to create annual rankings of graduate programs. The group published over 35 distinct rankings covering both traditional and online programs.

The University of Houston ranked 6th for its graduate program in Accountancy at the C.T. Bauer College of Business, 16th for the program offered through the University of Houston Law Center, and 45th for its graduate degree program in the Graduate College of Social Work.

“Our faculty and deans have worked hard to improve the quality of their graduate degree programs, and it shows” said Paula Myrick Short, UH system senior vice chancellor for academic affairs and UH senior vice president for academic affairs and provost. “Since I established the UH Graduate School in 2013, we have made tremendous strides toward Tier One excellence, and I hope that we continue to move the needle toward providing nationally competitive programs for our students.”
