Children’s Theatre Festival: ‘Cinderella’

Blaffer Gallery – Urs Fisher’s ‘Mary Poppins’ and Tam Van Tran’s ‘Psychonaut’
Blaffer Gallery’s latest exhibitions feature Urs Fischer’s “Mary Poppins” and Tam Van Tran’s “Psychonaut.” Fischer’s drawings, collages, sculptures and installations evoke an existence ruled by extremes: the banality and complexity that is life. Van Tran’s art consists of punched, crunched, stapled and woven paper brushed with chlorophyll and spirulina. It is described as a meditation on the natural world with a psychological twist.
