Exhibit: ‘Philip Johnson: Four Photographers’
Noted photographers display works of Philip Johnson, known as the architect of Houston. These innovative photographs show the diversity of Johnson’s architectural works. The exhibit will be on display through Mar. 24.

Elizabeth D. Rockwell Ethics and Leadership Lecture: David Gergen
The first Elizabeth D. Rockwell Ethics and Leadership Lecture features David Gergen. Gergen has been an adviser to four presidents, a television commentator, magazine editor and best-selling author. He is currently editor-at-large at U.S. News & World Report and director for the Center for Public Leadership at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. 7 p.m., Feb. 7. Inaugural Lecture

Lecture: ‘Sandinistas, Miskito Indians and the Contra War’
With over 100 trips to Nicaragua and Honduras between 1981 and 1989, longtime activist and professor of history, Roxanne Dunbar-Ortiz wrote about the plight of the Sandinistas and Miskito Indians during the Contra War. Her lecture is titled “Sandinistas, Miskito Indians and the Contra War: A Case Study in the History of Nationalism, Indigenism and U.S. Imperialism in Latin America.” 1 p.m., Feb 10.
