UHS Chancellor/UH President Jay Gogue Address to Campus

Jay Gogue began the first day of his administration as the University of Houston System chancellor and UH president on Tuesday with, among a litany of other items, a formal greeting to the UH System universities.

Gogue addressed the UH System via webcast in what is quickly becoming his trademark style — he loves to put the audience at ease with his easygoing demeanor and dry humor, but then he moves through the coming business with lightning-fast precision.
