Troubleshooting guides are available for using myUH (PeopleSoft) functions available through Student Self-Service. Visit the Troubleshooting and Tutorials page, where you can download guides in PowerPoint format.

Error Message in Making Payments?

Some students report error messages using a web browser other than Internet Explorer when trying to make a payment. If this situation occurs, try using Internet Explorer as your browser. If you continue to receive an error message, contact Student Financial Services at (713) 743-1010.
