The Houston Parks Board is a Houston based organization focused on the maintenance, beautification, and welfare of Houstonians throughout the metropolis. With general projects being worked on throughout the city, the goals of the Houston Parks Board slowly rise to fruition with the help of volunteers and collaborations with community partners throughout the city.
Volunteers for this event can expect a variety of activities, dependent on the Board’s needs and the weather on that day. Numerous outdoor activities may include Tree Planting, Beautifying the Park, Festival care, and outdoor project maintenance.
