Faculty members can view the Faculty/Course Evaluation reports by clicking the Course Instructor.
Please use CougarNet ID credentials to view the reports.
To reset your cougarnetID password, please go to https://ssl.uh.edu/cougarnet-wizard/#/
If you still have issues accessing the reports, please email mec@uh.edu and include your UHID, cougarnetID, and the academic department and college you belong to in the body of the email.
