Important Announcement

There has been a change in the schedule for the last few days of class. Instead of covering chapters 14 and 16, we will cover chapter 17, Externalities. So, in place of the mini-test, you will do a paper. Here are the specifications of that.

Paper

1-2 pages.

Find an example of a real world externality. Explain why it is an externality. List what you would do to correct the difference in production that results.

Due Monday.

On Monday we will review for the final, and do the evaluations.
