Only certain individuals are authorized to contractually bind the University.  The Chancellor delegates signature authority to principal officers of the University through the Chancellor’s Delegation of Authority Table.  These principal officers and University signatories may further delegate signature authority through delegation memos, a copy of which must be sent to Contract Administration for its records.
