Nada Antoun is a sophomore
at the University of Texas at Austin. She is studying government,
but came to KUHF because she has a strong interest in journalism.
She also admits that she applied for her internship because
her parents are avid listeners. Nada has lived all over the
world, but says Houston is a great place to call home. She is
a graduate of The Woodlands High School. |

Emily Dunn is in her fourth year at Texas A&M in College
Station. She began her studies in meteorology, but found herself
leaning toward journalism. She is now majoring in journalism
and pursuing minors in English and sociology. Emily grew up
in Houston and graduated from Cypress Creek High School. |
Both of KUHF's news interns are doing a spectacular
job of learning how to cover stories, conduct news interviews,
write broadcast-style copy and use the digital recording equipment.
Emily and Nada have produced stories and interviews that have
aired during KUHF's news this summer. News Director Debra Fraser
says we're lucky and proud to have them!
