KUHF inserts three local newscasts and three sets of local headlines into Morning Edition which airs from 5:00 to 9:00 a.m.. The local anchor is KUHF's Jim Bell.

- 8:04 a.m. local newscast
KUHF has a Midday News Report that begins
at 12:01 with national news, followed by a local newscast and
weather, plus a stock market report from one of our financial
consultants at Merrill Lynch. Stock brokers Harry
Allcott, John Dimple
and Scott Lile provide a telephone
report each weekday on what the Dow Jones is doing, along with
the most active issues, local stocks, precious metals and crude
oil.
The afternoon local news consists of four newscasts within All
Things Considered which airs from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m. The
local anchor is KUHF's Debra Fraser.

the news programs, usually every ten to twenty minutes. Weather
