The Student Leadership Board is an august group of UH undergraduates, graduates and recent alumni who create opportunities for the UH Student Body to engage with trends and events with the local and national arts community and provide the SLB opportunities to enhance their own leadership skills.
Center for Arts Leadership provides a goldmine of leadership opportunities for students to grow as an individual, connect with the campus and Artist community, explore organizational involvement, and develop their personal leadership style. Members of the student board will work closely with Center for Arts Leadership Director Sixto Wagan, work proactively to shape, design and implement the Center for Arts Leadership programs while getting experience with non-profit arts boards.
