The Humana Integrated Health System Sciences Institute is proud to sponsor an exciting talk on population health by Dr. David Nash, MD, MBA. Dr. Nash is the Founding Dean Emeritus of the Jefferson College of Population Health – the first College of its kind in the US – and will discuss how health care systems and community organizations can work together to improve outcomes.
